After winning four Grammy Awards for his 2014 debut album 'In the Lonely Hour', British crooner Sam Smith returns with his sophomore album 'The Thrill Of It All', which is preceded by the hit single "Too Good At Goodbyes" and the Timbaland-produced promotional singles "Pray". Three years after his 'In the Lonely Hour' debut took him to Grammy glory, British crooner Sam Smith reemerges with "Too Good At Goodbyes", the lead single from his highly-anticipated sophomore album (reportedly due later this year).

"This song is about a relationship I was in and it’s basically about getting good at getting dumped," explained Smith. "It’s been a long while since I’ve put any music out and I feel that this first single sets the tone of what is to come." Listen to the single beneath:

Nominated for Best Original Song for his contribution to 'Spectre', the latest James Bond film, British crooner Sam Smith was on hand to perform "Writing's On The Wall" at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California on Sunday, February 28th. Watch his performance below:

Following in the footsteps on his fellow London native Adele, it has been announced that Sam Smith will sing the new James Bond theme, "Writing's On The Wall", which will feature in the upcoming 'Spectre' film due in theaters on November 6th.

"This is one of the highlights of my career," said Smith in a statement. "I am honored to finally announce that I will be singing the next Bond theme song. I am so excited to be a part of this iconic British legacy and join an incredible line up of some of my biggest musical inspirations. I hope you all enjoy the song as much as I enjoyed making it."

With the single, which was co-written by the singer with Jimmy Naples and will make its debut on September 25th, Smith joins an elite circle of recording artists who’ve contributed songs for the long-running Bond series including Paul McCartney, Madonna and Tina Turner.

Last week, the nominations for the 2015 Billboard Music Awards were announced and as expected, global superstar Taylor Swift leads the field of nominees with 14 nominations behind the massive success of her fifth studio album '1989'.

Three newcomers follow closely behind Swift as Grammy darling Sam Smith lands 13 nominations, Iggy Azalea scores 12 nominations and Meghan Trainor get 9 nominations.

Teaming up for a soulful performance of "Stay With Me", which won Song of the Year and Record of the Year, Sam Smith and his good friend Mary J. Blige performed at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, California on Sunday, February 8th.
