'The Twilight Saga: New Moon', which stars Robert Pattinson, and 'The Vampire Diaries' arouse as the night's biggest winners at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, picking up 12 and 7 surfboards, respectively.

Superstar Britney Spears arrived at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards, which were held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California on Sunday (August 9th).

The sexy songstress was in attendance to accept a prestigious lifetime achievement award during the evening’s ceremony from Miley Cyrus.

Twilight stars (clockwise below) Robert Pattinson solo and with Kellan Lutz and Jackson Rathbone, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart grace the red carpet with their presence.

Following the show, which saw them collectively take home 11 surfboards, they were spotted making their way to Vancouver to start production on the third film, Eclipse.

The Jonas Brothers looked quite handsome as the posed on the red carpet together and separately, before heading inside to host the annual event (below).

The trio won five trophies, including Choice Male Red Carpet Icons, and kicked off the show performing on a tiny stage that moved through the audience.

Gossip Girl heartthrob Chace Crawford defined hot and sexy as popped a pose in an all-gray ensemble. He was awarded Choice Dramatic Actor and his show Gossip Girl was awarded Choice TV Show, while his costars Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick claimed Choice Dramatic Actress and Villain, respectively.

Zac Efron and his lady love Vanessa Hudgens made separate entrances on the red carpet, before heading inside together. He also collected awards for Choice Music/Dance Movie Actor in High School Musical 3 and Choice Comedy Movie Actor and Rockstar Moment in 17 Again.

Black Eyed Peas frontwoman Fergie and Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus exchanged greetings, before heading inside to deliver performances of their latest hits. Cyrus sailed away with six awards, winning for Comedy TV Show and Actress for Hannah Montana; Music/Dance Movie Actress and Hissy Fit for Hannah Montana: The Movie; Music Single for "The Climb" and Summer Song for "Before the Storm" with the Jonas Brothers.

Newly single star Kim Kardashian showed off her lighter locks and beamed in her white dress and metallic footwear (below).

I Love You Beth Cooper star Hayden Panettiere simply glowed thanks to her suntan and white ruched frock (above).

Ashley Tisdale showed off her new rock 'n' roll style in a strapless black-and-purple bustier dress, while Audrina Patridge displayed her mesmerizing figure.

The 2009 Teen Choice Awards will air tonight on FOX at 8pm/7c.
