Matthew McConaughey, with girlfriend Camila Alves, arrives at the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on April 5th.
The hunky actor was at the event in support of his forthcoming movie, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, which hits theaters in May. The stud was looking scrumptious, as usual, in a brown leather blazer over top a white button-up shirt with light wash jeans and a J.K. Livin belt.
Despite losing Album of the Year to Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood came out on top by collecting her third Top Female Vocalist award in a row, and winning the show's highest honor, Entertainer of the Year. Only six female acts had previously won the award in the show's 39 years, most recently the Dixie Chicks for 2000. The other women winners include Reba McEntire and Loretta Lynn (1975), Dolly Parton (1977), Barbara Mandrell (1980) and Shania Twain (1999).
Taylor Swift, in a red, one-shouldered Angel Sanchez gown, collected the award for Album of the Year.
Kellie Pickler, wore a golden Zuhair Murad mermaid gown that hugged every single curve of her body and nabs her CB's Best Dressed Woman honor.
Julianne Hough, with her boyfriend Chuck Wicks, collected the Top New Artist trophy.
Keith Urban, with his Academy Award winning wife Nicole Kidman, performed at the show and was nominated for awards including Top Male Vocalist.
Miley Cyrus, posing with dad Billy Ray Cyrus, perform her hit single, "The Climb", during the show.
Leann Rimes, who was honored for humanitarian work, posed in a origami pleated black minidress and studded gladiator heels.
