Pop superstar Kelly Clarkson took the stage at the 2013 Presidential Inauguration held West Front of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC on Monday, January 21st, where she belted out the patriotic song "My Country, 'Tis of Thee" to the packed crowd.
If you remember correctly, Aretha Franklin was selected to perform this song at President Obama's first inauguration in 2009 and although her hat left more of an impression than her vocals, Clarkson is certainly in good company. Watch it beneath:
