When Drew Sidora, Lil' Mama and Keke Palmer were initially cast as TLC, the most successful R&B group of all-time, it left a bad taste in the mouth of a bulk of the trio's fans, but if the first preview is any indication, the casting was spot on.
The original television movie, which will air on VH1 in October and sees surviving members Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins and Rozanda 'Chilli' Thomas serve as executive producers, will chronicle their success, bankruptcy, illness, fights and the unexpected death of original member Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes.
