Continuing his awards season sweep, Jared Leto was named Best Supporting Actor at the 2014 Academy Awards for his heartbreaking turn in 'Dallas Buyers Club' as AIDS patient Rayon.
Held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on March 2nd, 2014, the 42-year-old actor defeated fellow nominees Michael Fassbender, Bradley Cooper, Jonah Hill and Barkhad Abdi for the trophy.
In his beautiful speech, Leto thanked his mom for inspiring him to dream after she herself faced hardships, his co-stars and dedicated his award to everyone that lost their battle with AIDS, as well as, everyone who has ever felt like an outsider. Watch beneath:
