Trailer: Octavia Spencer In 'Red Band Society'

Oscar winner Octavia Spencer leads the cast of 'Red Band Society', a coming-of-age drama, which is set in a hospital and based on the Spanish series 'Polseres Vermelles'.

The series, which will air Wednesdays on FOX, is described as "a provocative, inspiring and, at times, comedic young ensemble drama told through the eyes of a group of teenagers who meet as patients in the pediatric ward of Ocean Park Hospital." Watch the trailer below:
