With her big dough eyes, long brown locks and ability to make us all laugh, Mila Kunis is undeniably one of the sexiest women in Hollywood and Esquire magazine seems to agree, because the publication has just named the star, The Sexiest Woman Alive.

With the honor, the 'Ted' star follows in the footsteps of previous honorees Rihanna and Halle Berry, and she makes it clear that she knows the powers of her looks, telling the magazine, "If I wanted to charm the pants off you, I could." More quotes beneath:

On Her Comedic Nature:

"I think I stumbled upon doing funny things, but I’m not funny. I just know how to deliver a joke. There are people who naturally exude humor and are constantly saying funny things, and there are the people who know how to deliver a joke. It’s a learned skill. Through twenty years of doing this, I practice it. I think that the second you think that you’re funny is when you stop being funny."

On Her Interest In Politics:

"I find it all to be incredibly entertaining. I went to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner with Wolf Blitzer. The issue, which was shot by photographer Alexei Hay, hits stands on July 10th.

Mila Kunis, who will next be seen in 'Ted' opposite Mark Wahlberg - fronts the April issue of Harper's Bazaar, where she talks about getting older, her packed filming schedule and ending her 8-year relationship with actor Macaulay Culkin.

Of the long relationship, she says: "It was fantastic. I mean, I honestly think being single's great. Being in a relationship's great. It is all about the timing. - I loved it."
