Blake Shelton & Miranda Lambert Call It Quits After 4 Years Of Marriage

7/20/2015 0

Country music's golden couple are calling it quits!!! After four years of marriage and rumors of infidelity on both of their parts, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have filed for divorce.

"This is not the future we envisioned," the former couple said in the statement released to the Associate Press. "And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."

According to TMZ, the divorce has been in the works for some time now with Shelton filing papers in Oklahoma a while ago and a judge set to officially sign off on the end of the union today. All of the financial aspects are said to be in line, given the couple had a pre-nup, and he will get the ranch in Oklahoma, while she will receive their home in Nashville. It's sad, but I'm not surprised.
