Talk about star power!!! Idris Elba has closed a deal to co-star opposite Robert Pattinson, James Franco and Al Pacino in 'The Trap', a film that will be directed by Harmony Korine (second from the left above) and is in negotiations with Focus Features to distribute.

The film, which is expected to be released in 2016, is set against the backdrop of the Miami music scene and see Benicio Del Toro playing an ex-con out for revenge against a rapper and former friend (Elba) who let him take the fall for a robbery they committed 14 years earlier.

Franco will play the role of Elba's drug-addled manager and Pacino will play Del Toro's parole officer, while Pattinson is in line to play a surfer who helps Del Toro exact revenge. Interesting!!!

Looking as dreamy as ever, Robert Pattinson shows off his beautiful face close up for the June 6th issue of The Hollywood Reporter, to promote his two films 'The Rover' and 'Map to the Stars', which both premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.

"It was quite a constricting character, in a way. You want to make [him] as dramatic as possible, but

On The Team Edward vs. Team Jacob Marketing Backlash:
"Everything changed when they did the marketing, and the general public started to view [the films] in a different way when they started to push the 'team' aspect of it. It was like, 'I'm on Team Edward or Team Jacob.' That saturated everything, and suddenly there was a backlash. Whereas with the first [film], there wasn’t a backlash at all."

Movie charmer Robert Pattinson gets ruffed up on the new promotional poster for 'The Rover', which premiered to pretty good reviews at the Cannes Film Festival and also stars Guy Pearce.

Variety has called it a "career-redefining performance" for the 'Twilight' hunk and with it slated to open in limited release on June 6th and wide on June 20th, Pattinson is gearing up for some more promotional for the forthcoming film, which is set in the Australian outback.

Robert Pattinson refuses to be type cast. The 'Twilight' favorite teams up with David Cronenberg for his forthcoming film 'Cosmopolis', which is expected to make its debut at the Cannes Film Festival in May and in theaters later this year.

Good news for Robert Pattinson fans. The actor is headed back to theaters as his movie 'Bel Ami', co-starring Uma Thurman, has received a June 8th release.

The feature film, which had its world premiere at last month’s Berlin International Film Festival to both positive and negative reviews, is a sexy retelling of Guy De Maupassant's classic 1885 tale of black mail, manipulation, and social-climbing.

Sporting a new haircut, Robert Pattinson was on hand at the 2012 People's Choice Awards to accept the Favorite Movie Drama for 'Water for Elephants'.

I think the new cut makes the handsome actor look more mature and less like a teenager, but let's be honest here people, with or without hair, he is still dreamy.

When highly-respected director David Cronenberg cast Robert Pattinson in forthcoming film 'Cosmopolis', many fans were left scratching their heads over his decision, but the director remains confident in his decision to cast the actor.

Not only does Cronenberg label Pattinson's performance in the forthcoming film as "fantastic" and "brilliant", but he reveals that the 'Twilight' star left one of his Oscar-nominated co-stars (Paul Giamatti) impressed by his new performance.
