Last year, Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum took the honor and this year, it goes to the stunning husband and wife duo that is Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. This marks only the third time in the seven year history of the annual list that we have chosen to bestow a couple with the Most Beautiful title and this the second time they've scored the coveted title (2012).

Stop by tomorrow for the unveiling of 2014's Most Beautiful Man & Woman

Picture perfect!!! Blake Lively, who is pregnant with the couple's first child, and her husband Ryan Reynolds attended Gabrielle's Angel Ball in New York City on Monday night for the first time since announcing they have a baby on the way and per usual, they looked flawless.

Lively, who doesn't have a stylist, was glowing in a pale yellow silk Gucci gown equipped with long-sleeves and a plunging neckline composed of silver crystal embroidery, while her husband looked dapper in a Gucci tuxedo. My mind cannot digest all of this perfection. Simply stunning!

Gorgeous couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, who were named Most Beautiful Couple of 2012, have announced that they are expecting their first child since secretly marrying in September 2011 via the 27-year-old beauty's website, Preserve.

In the post, she shares a shot of her pregnancy curves in a gorgeous image taken by her brother Eric Lively and says: "With family on our mind, we looked to the origin of it all — to the women in our lives who are right there, at that special moment; at the creation of family.

Today we celebrate them. With food to fill their tummies (as if that needs more filling), presents to soothe their tired (and swollen) soles, toys to warm their baby’s souls, projects to provoke them, and decorations to inspire creativity and merriment in all." Congratulations to the couple!!!

Acting stud Ryan Reynolds moves to the top of our fourth annual countdown of the Best Dressed Men of 2011. Peep the 9 other fashion-forward studs below:

As expected, 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' rose above the competition by raking in a staggering $54.8 million, which now ranks as the fourth highest-grossing August opening in film history.

With that said, the James Franco-led film debut well below the 'Planet of the Apes' ($68.5 million), starring Mark Wahlberg, but remains a big win since it had to overcome a ten-year halt in the long-running franchise.

Ryan Reynolds, for the second time this summer, proved he is not capable of opening a film as 'The Change-Up', opens in fourth slot with a weak $13.5 million, falling short of the most recent body switch comedies '17 Again' ($23.7), '13 Going on 30' ($21.1) and 'Freaky Friday' ($22.2).

Closing out the top 5 films were: 'The Smurfs' in second place with $20.7 million, last week's winner 'Cowboys & Aliens' in third with $15.7 million and 'Captain America: The First Avenger' in the fifth with $13 million ($143.2 in 3 weeks).

Hunky actor Ryan Reynolds, who stars in the new comedy 'The Change-Up' stopped by 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno', to chat about the new movie.

Dressed in a black strapless Lanvin jumpsuit, Sandra Bullock surprised her former co-star Ryan Reynolds at the premiere of his film 'The Change-Up'.

Taking place at the Village Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday, August 1st, the flick centers around a married father who accidentally switches bodies with his younger best friend, leading to a series of wild, chaotic and complex difficulties.
