Less can be more. Nicki Minaj tones down the antics and looks better than ever in the official music video for "Pills N Potions", the lead single from her forthcoming third studio album The Pink Print, which will be released later this years.

Directed by Diane Martel, the video consists of various beauty shots and sees rapper The Game playing her love interest as she smokes cigarettes, cries computer-animated tears and gets risque in pasties. Watch the newly-released video beneath:

The Game and Ashanti shocked the blogosphere when they tweeted a photo of them working on a record with Dr. Dre, given just a few years ago the rapper was dissing the songstress and her Murder Inc. counterparts.


"Hey, man, it's 'No beef 2010.' That's the trending topic on this interview, man," Game laughed. "Dre called me and he was like, 'You got any current-day problems with Ashanti?' I was like, 'Nah. I ain't got no problems with Ashanti.' She can sing like mutha----a and you put her on a hook, it's automatically radio. So he was like, 'I'mma have her come down.' "

Within an hour, Game, Dre and Ashanti were working on music. "Dre was going through beats and I picked one. I was like, 'Let's try her on this hook.' Me and Ashanti wrote the hook, I went in on the verses and that was it," he explained. "The song me and Ashanti did, it don't even have a name for it yet. It's crazy. We just did that a week ago and I ain't even name it."

Ashanti seemed excited about the record as well, posting a photo from the session on her Twitter page.

"Awwwwwww sh-- it's a problem!!!!!" she wrote. "Me DRE & GAME in the lab ohhhhhhh booooooy this is a SMMMMIZAAASHHH!!!!!"

Shining stars The Game, Chris Brown, Diddy, Polow Da Don, Mario Winans, and Boyz II Men pay tribute to Michael Jackson in the emotional video for “Better on the Other Side.”



The song is nice, but you can tell that it was threw together at the last minute, which can also be said for its accompanying video. That said, its the gesture and the fact that it feels genuine on The Game's part, that reels you in. The rapper even uses the video to unveil his latest ink of the iconic entertainer.

New Music: The Game featuring Lil' Wayne - 'My Life'

The Game enlists Lil Wayne for “My Life,” a Cool & Dre-produced joint, which is reportedly an upcoming single off Game’s L.A.X. The detailed introspective piano-driven track goes deep from taking a shot at Eminem, "All the pictures of me and Em, I burned them", to reaching out to Kanye, addressing his mother’s passing, “Since you helped me sell my dream, we can share my mama now.” This is a really solid record for The Game considering his last release with Keyshia Cole was rather lackluster IMO, but I'm really feeling this one.

I'm still not a big fan of the song but the performance was decent, and on a side note there is definitely a God because Keyshia got her teeth fix, I always hate to see rich folks with messed up teeth, so thank you Keyshia for taking care of that. Now if only you can do something with them tattoos.
