Cardi B Makes History As 'I Like It' Tops Billboard Hot 100

Pregnancy is not slowing Cardi B down and this week, she scored an unprecedented victory. The rapper ascends to the summit of the Billboard Hot 100 with her Bad Bunny and J Balvin collaboration "I Like It", becoming the first female rapper to score two chart-toppers on the tally after she first reigned with "Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)" last year.

With the feat, she passes four female rappers who previously topped the tally with one No. 1 apiece: Lauryn Hill, with "Doo Wop (That Thing)", for two weeks in 1998; Lil' Kim, with "Lady Marmalade", with Christina Aguilera, Mya and P!nk (five weeks, 2001); Shawnna, as featured on Ludacris' "Stand Up" (one, 2003); and, Iggy Azalea, with "Fancy", featuring Charli XCX (seven, 2014). This week, her debut album was also certified platinum.

Drake Controls Billboard Charts With Big First-Week Sales & First No.1 Single

Hip-hop superstar Drake has full control of the Billboard charts with his new album, 'Views', debuting at the top spot with over a million equivalent album units moved and "One Dance", becoming his first No.1 single on the Hot 100 as a lead artist.

The highly-anticipated disc earned 1.04 million equivalent album units in the week ending May 5th in the United States, and traditional album sales comprised 852,000 copies of that sum.

Additionally, the Grammy-winning rapper earns his first No.1 in a lead role, following two toppers as a featured artist, both on tracks with Rihanna as the lead: "What's My Name?" (one week, 2010) and "Work", which spent its last of nine weeks at No. 1 three weeks ago. Congrats!!!

Rihanna Rules Billboard Charts At No.1

Rihanna takes charge of both Billboard charts this week!!! As "Work" spends its fifth week atop the Billboard Hot 100, the pop superstar sees her latest album, 'ANTI', rise back to the summit on the Billboard 200 by shifting 54,000 equivalent album units.

Overall, it is the second week that the album has spent at No.1, and only 17,000 were in pure album sales with a whopping 69 percent of the units comprised of TEA and SEA units.

Rounding out the top 5 on the Billboard 200 this week are: '25' by Adele at No.2 with 51,000 units, 'Purpose' by Justin Bieber at No.3 with 48,000 units, 'Hymns' by Joey + Rory at No.4 with 44,000 units and 'Untitled Unmastered' by Kendrick Lamar at No.5 with 38,000 units.

With canceled performances and postponed tour dates, it is safe to say that the roll out for Rihanna's new album, 'ANTI', has been a complete and utter mess, but she finally scores a victory as her Drake-assisted single "Work" tops the Billboard Hot 100.

The song becomes the superstar's fourteenth chart-topper, lifting her past Michael Jackson (13 chart-toppers) for the third-most No.1s all-time, and the second for the Canadian rapper, who has only reach the top in a featured role and both times were courtesy of Rihanna.

This marks her fourth time topping the Billboard Hot 100, following the three toppers that her '21' album produced: "Rolling in the Deep", "Someone Like You" and "Set Fire to the Rain".

After 14 weeks, Bruno Mars' reign at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 with the Mark Ronson collaboration "Uptown Funk" has come to an end and Wiz Khalifa replace him as "See You Again", his contribution to the 'Furious 7' soundtrack, vaults 10 to 1.

Country stud Keith Urban logs his second No.1 album as 'Fuse', his eighth studio set, edged out The Weeknd by a mere 3,000 copies as the set moved 98,000 copies in its debut week. Also, his lowest first week sales since 'Golden Road' in 2002.

Other big debuts on the Billboard 200 included runner-up 'Kiss Land' by The Weeknd (95,000), 'B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time' by 2 Chainz (63,000) and 'The Electric Lady' by Janelle Monae, who scored best sales week by moving 47,000 copies.

On the Hot 100, Miley Cyrus watched as her controversial video for "Wrecking Ball", helped her score the first No.1 single of her career, while simultaneously knocking Katy Perry out of the summit position. Peep the complete top 10 of both charts beneath:

Tamar Braxton gave it her best shot, but she has to settle for the runner-up position on the Billboard 200 as 'Love & War' moves 114,000 copies in its first week.

The figure, despite being defeated by Ariana Grande's debut album 'Yours Truly' (138,000), stands as the highest first-week sales by an female R&B singer this year and easily beats the embarrassing sales of her debut, which was released in 2000.

On the Hot 100, Katy Perry remains the top single with "Roar" and widens her lead on Robin Thicke's smash "Blurred Lines". Peep the top 10 of both charts beneath:

Rising country star Luke Bryan just cemented his place as one of the genre's leading men as his fourth studio album, 'Crash My Party', makes a big debut on the Billboard 200 selling 528,000 copies in its first week of release.

That figure scores him the third-largest opening week of the year, only trailing musical superstar Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z with 'The 20/20 Experience' (968,000) and 'Magna Carta... Holy Grail' (slightly over 528,000), respectively.

Elsewhere on the Billboard 200, R&B newcomer and reality star K. Michelle starts off better than expected at No.2 with 72,000 copies sold of her debut album, 'Rebellious Soul'. While nothing to brag about considering Bryan's numbers, that figure is higher than opening week numbers from Ciara, Brandy and Kelly Rowland.

On the Hot 100, Robin Thicke and his summer hit, "Blurred Lines", barely escape the claws of Katy Perry and her new single, "Roar", to spend its eleventh consecutive week at the summit. The song sold 557,000 downloads and beat the "Applause" (218,000), the new single by Lady GaGa in a landslide victory. Peep both top 10's beneath:
