Completing her awards season sweep, Emma Stone was named Best Actress at the 89th Academy Awards for her role as Mia in the winning film 'La La Land', at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California on Sunday, February 26th.

The actress defeated Isabelle Huppert in 'Elle', Ruth Negga in 'Loving', Natalie Portman in 'Jackie' and Meryl Streep in 'Florence Foster Jenkins'. Watch her speech below:

It is less than 24 hours until the winners of the 89th Academy Awards are announced, but before that big reveal, the winners of the 2017 Epitome of Film Awards are here.

Honoring outstanding achievement in motion pictures, the complete list of winners see the top three performers in each category bestowed with first, second and third place labels.

'La La Land' sneaks out a victory over 'Moonlight' for Outstanding Feature Film and tops the list of winners with seven victories, while the latter follows closely behind with three wins.

Denzel Washington beats out Casey Affleck to win Outstanding Lead Actor for his towering performance in 'Fences', while Emma Stone claims Outstanding Lead Actress for her role in 'La La Land'. For the second consecutive year, Vanity Fair celebrates the most compelling, powerful, and talented women in the business with their Hollywood Issue, and some of the actresses featured on the cover include Academy Award winners Lupita Nyong’o and Natalie Portman, five-time nominee Amy Adams and two-time nominee Emma Stone.

Ashanti, Emma Stone, Idris Elba, Jennifer Lopez, Joe Manganiello and Ryan Gosling are featured on the sixth part of our ninth annual list of the 50 Most Beautiful People of 2016, which will conclude later today with the unveiling of our Most Beautiful Man and Woman of 2016.

Actress Emma Stone,  who will next be seen in 'The Amazing Spider-Man' on July 3rd, strikes a pose for the July 2012 issue of Vogue magazine, which marks her first time covering the coveted fashion magazine in a Mario Testino-spread.

In the magazine,  her co-star and boyfriend Andrew Garfield tells the publication, "Working with [her] was like diving into a thrilling, twisting river and never holding on to the sides,"  while the film's director Marc Webb compliments her by saying, "young actresses are either [very] serious or doe-eyed.. [Emma] side steps that."

Proving to be the summer's surprise blockbuster, 'The Help' remained in control of the box-office for the third week by cleaning up another $19.8 million over the four-day weekend.

'The Debt' collected a modest $12.8 million to lead the new releases and claim second place on 1900 screens.

'Apollo 18' arrived in third place with $10.7 million, while the weekend's second horror film 'Shark Night 3D' lagged behind in the fifth with $10.1.

In fourth, 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' pulled in $10.3 million and a accumulative total of $162.5 million.

Next weekend 'Contagion', 'Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star' and 'Warrior' will try to oust 'The Help'.

For the second consecutive weekend, 'The Help' remained in the top spot of the box-office by cleaning up $14.5 million and a total of $96.8 million in its first 19 days of nationwide release.

'Colombiana', starring Zoe Saldana, was the strongest of the new releases, but the revenge thriller still stumbled to the finish line with a weak $10.4 million.

On a positive note, it was an slight improvement over Saldana's last action ensemble 'Losers' ($9.4 in April 2010).

Rounding out the top five were 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' ($8.8 million), 'Don't Be Afraid of the Dark' ($8.5 mill) and 'Our Idiot Brother' ($7 mill).

In the midst of weak new releases, 'The Help' held strong to rise to the top of the box-office in its second week with $20 million and a total of $71.3 million in its first 12 days of wide release.

After two weeks in the top spot, 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' fell to second place with $16.1 million and a cumulative $133.6 million in 17 days.

'Spy Kids: All the Time in the World' claimed third place with $11.6 million on 4,400 screens, which is by far the worst performing installment of the series (grossing just over one third of the third film's opening weekend in July 2003).

Rounding out the the trio of new and under-performing wide releases were 'Conan' ($10 million) and 'Fright Night' ($7.7 million), which arrived in fourth and sixth respectively. 'The Smurfs' landed in fifth place with $7.8 million.

'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' dodge four new nationwide releases to remain atop the weekend box office for the second consecutive weekend.

The film, starring James Franco and Freida Pinto, grossed $27.8 million over the course of the weekend for a cumulative total of $105.2 million in its first ten days of theatrical release.

The ladies of 'The Help' made a big impact and exceeded expectation by cleaning up an astonishing $26 million to fully recoup its $25 million budget.

Rounding out the top five were the new 'Final Destination 5' ($18 mill), 'The Smurfs' ($13.7 mill) and new comedy '30 Seconds or Less' ($13.3 million).

Concurrently, 'Glee: The 3D Concert Movie' flopped hard with $5.9 million to embarrassing debut outside the top ten in the eleventh slot. Despite the hit show, only around 500,000 tickets were sold.
