2021 Epitome Of Film Awards: List Of Winners + Denzel Washington Honored As Film Legend

It is about 24 hours until the winners of the 93rd Academy Awards are announced, but before that big reveal, the winners of the 2021 Epitome of Film Awards are here.

Acting force Denzel Washington is our inaugural Film Legend honoree, an award bestowed upon an individual that has contributed outstanding works to the world of entertainment and made an unshakeable mark in the film industry.

'Nomadland' sneaks out a victory over 'The Trial of the Chicago 7' for Outstanding Feature Film, while the latter takes Outstanding Ensemble and the former ties with 'Ma Rainey's Black Bottom' for most wins at three.

Chad Bosewick becomes our first posthumous winner for Outstanding Lead Actor for his performance in 'Ma Rainey's Black Bottom', produced by our Film Legend honoree, while Andra Day, in a tight race, claims Outstanding Lead Actress for her debut role in 'The United States vs. Billie Holliday'. 2021 Epitome Of Film Awards: Complete List Of Nominations

The nominations for the 2021 Epitome of Film Awards, which honors outstanding achievements in film, are finally in and 'Mank' leads the field with 9 nominations.

The black-and-white film is among the six contenders for Outstanding Feature Film, a stacked category that also includes 'Judas and the Black Messiah', 'Minari', 'Nomadland', 'Promising Young Woman' and 'The Trial of the Chicago 7', and all of these films score additional acting nominations for their stars.

The winners for the eighth annual awards, as well as, the inauguarl Film Legend Award, will be announced on Saturday, April 24th, the day before the Academy Awards. Peep the nominees in all fifteen categories after the cut:

The nominations for the 2017 Epitome of Film Awards, which honors outstanding achievements in film, are finally in and 'La La Land' leads the field with 11 nominations, followed by 'Moonlight' with 8 nominations and 'Manchester By the Sea' with 6.

The three films are among the nine contenders for Outstanding Feature Film, a stacked category that also includes box-office surprise hit 'Hidden Figures', 'Fences' and 'Lion', and all of these films score additional acting nominations for their stars.

Casey Affleck, Andrew Garfield, Ryan Gosling, Jake Gyllenhaal and Denzel Washington are the five nominees competing for Outstanding Lead Actor, while Amy Adams, Isabelle Huppert, Natalie Portman, Emma Stone and Meryl Streep will vie against each other in the equally as competitive Outstanding Lead Actress category.

2014 Epitome Of Film Awards: Nominations

The nominations for the 2014 Epitome of Film Awards, which honors outstanding achievement in motion pictures, are in and '12 Years A Slave' leads the field with 10 nominations, followed by 'American Hustle' with 8 nominations.

The two films are among the five contenders for Outstanding Feature Film, a stacked category that also includes 'Captain Phillips', 'Gravity' and 'The Wolf Of Wall Street', while all of the films score additional acting nominations for their stars.

Matthew McConaughey, Leonardo DiCaprio and Chiwetel Ejiofor are three of the five nominees competing for Outstanding Lead Actor, while Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett and Meryl Streep will vie against two others for Lead Actress.
